Mark is a co-founder and CEO of Infra Impact Investment Managers and is responsible for strategic development of Infra Impact, investment execution and management. Infra Impact is a specialist infrastructure investment manager focusing on waste, water, renewable energy and digital infrastructure.

Mark was previously Head of Mergence, an unlisted investment business, where he launched and managed numerous impact and infrastructure funds in a number of different African jurisdictions. He has more than 24 years of experience in capital and investment markets. Mark received numerous ABSIP awards for his role as a leader in the SA Alternative Asset Management arena. Mark serves on a number of boards of various companies within the energy, waste and telecommunications sectors.
