Mark Van Wyk is the CEO and co-founder of Infra Impact Investment Managers (“IIIM”). He is a caption of the industry in the institutional impact and infrastructure investment space. Mark is a sought-after speaker and commentator and guest lecturer at the UCT graduate school of business.

At IIIM, he Co-Managers with his team the Mid-Market Infrastructure Equity Fund which is focused on investments in waste, water, renewable energy and digital infrastructure. He also oversees the Renewable Energy Local Community Debt Fund.

Mark was previously Head of Mergence unlisted investments business where he launched and managed numerous impact and infrastructure funds in South Africa and neighboring countries. He has more than 24 years of experience in capital and investment markets. Mark is trained as a Chartered Accountant and has completed his articles specializing in financial services at PWC. He serves ASISA responsible and Infrastructure Committees and has received numerous ABSIP awards for his role as a leader in the South Africa Alternative Asset Management arena.
