Mohamed Mohsen Mahgoub has 20 years of experience in private equity, investment management, and business development. He began his career as an Investment Analyst at EFG-Hermes Private Equity in 2005.

He currently serves as the Managing Partner at Tanmeyah Capital Ventures (TCV), a private equity firm managing assets under management (AUMs) worth $150 million, a position he has held since 2020. In addition to his role at TCV, Mohamed is also the Chairman of AIM Healthcare Investments, the investment arm of Ibn Sina Pharma, and has been a Board Director at Ibn Sina Pharma since 2007.

Mohamed also plays a significant role in the finance sector as a Board Director at Tamweel Investment Holding since 2019. Within Tamweel, he serves as the Chairman of Tamweel Leasing and Vice Chairman of Tamweel Mortgage Finance, overseeing key aspects of finance and mortgage operations.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has demonstrated a strong commitment to corporate governance, serving as a member of various committees focused on internal audit, investment, and business development across different organizations. He is also actively involved in philanthropic activities as a Board Trustee Member of Misr El Kheir Foundation, a prominent non-governmental organization in Egypt.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Modern Sciences and Arts University (MSA), with a dual degree from Middlesex University, UK. He has further enhanced his expertise through several certifications and training programs, including being a Certified Board Member by the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority and crisis management training from CedarThree Limited.

Mohamed is fluent in both Arabic and English. He is married with three children and resides in Cairo, Egypt.
