Nikita Thakrar is the Co-Founder and CEO of Included VC, a groundbreaking global organization operating across 140 countries and 700 cities. Under Nikita’s leadership, Included VC has placed over 90 investors in leading global funds, including Sequoia, Octopus Ventures, Atomico, Balderton, Founders Factory Africa, Matrix, Hummingbird, Launch Africa, Enza, and many others.

This work is driven by the belief that increasing diversity in venture capital not only transforms the ecosystem but also redefines which founders receive funding and, ultimately, what gets built. The Fellowship has delivered exceptional outcomes—outperforming even leading global business schools—with over 80% of actively seeking Fellows breaking into the venture capital industry across Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. Building on this success, Included VC is now launching a dedicated initiative: 'Included VC - Africa', to deepen impact in this emerging VC region.
