Nikita is the Co-Founder and CEO of Included VC, and the creator of RISEInVC. Included VC is the first of its kind organisation globally, reaching 140 countries and 700 cities, revolutionising VC by creating investors from diverse communities which are often overlooked or excluded. Included VC has successfully placed 80+ investors in prominent funds worldwide including Sequoia, Octopus Ventures, Atomico, Balderton, Founders Factory Africa, Matrix, Hummingbird, Launch Africa, Enza and numerous others, driven by the belief that this will catalyse enduring change in the ecosystem for generations to come.
