Pindie is the Head of Norfund for Southern Africa. Norfund is the Norwegian Investment Fund for developing countries, investing to create jobs, improve lives and support the transition to net zero.

Prior to joining Norfund, Pindie held a senior Executive role in Banking. She and her team have responsibilities for 6 countries in the region covering the following business verticals; Renewable Energy; Financial Inclusion, Agriculture and Manufacturing, Green Infrastructure and Funds. Norfund continues to be a big investor in Funds both in sector specific Funds such as those investing in Food Security and Financial Inclusion as well as in sector agnostic Funds. There is also a continued focus to invest in funds that have a regional Pan African focus reach as opposed to country specific PE firms.
