Rosanne Whalley is a seasoned investment professional with a track record in the African PE/VC industry. With 15+ years investment experience, as CEO Rosanne has built AHL into an evergreen $100m+ AUM pan-African impact focused VC, investing across the fintech, agri and climate sectors, through growth equity, debt and select fund investments.

Based in Nairobi, Rosanne holds several board seats in high growth businesses including Twiga Foods and Hatch Africa. Prior to AHL, Rosanne worked in renewable energy with InfraCo Africa and agricultural investment with AgDevCo. Rosanne has degrees from the University of York and the London School of Economics (MSc).
