Samantha is the founder and CEO of Sanari Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in growth companies emanating from Africa.

Samantha has more than twenty years of private equity experience in the South African and United States markets. She played a leading role in investments at Ethos Private Equity, prior to which she worked in private equity in Chicago (KRK, now Winona Capital) and investment banking (JPMorgan, Financial Sponsors Group) and consulting (Stern Stewart) in New York.

Samantha holds an MBA (Hons) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BCom and BA Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from University of the Witwatersrand, and is a CFA Charter Holder.
