Sarita is a highly skilled Sustainable Investment professional and is viewed as a pioneer in this field by her peers. For the past 28 years, she has been relied upon to develop and implement integrated investment, ESG and impact strategies, policies, and frameworks for Development Finance Institutions, asset managers and owners, financial institutions, corporations, and companies. Sarita has led or participated in the assessment of several thousand listed and un-listed companies and more than 200 private equity funds.

Leveraging her strong investment background, in-depth knowledge of ESG and Impact, as well as her experience in working in multi-cultural contexts, Sarita is uniquely qualified to capitalize on the intersectionality between ESG risk management and impact in investment decision-making processes and portfolio management. She has extensive board, advisory committee, and taskforce experience, and she is an accomplished speaker and university lecturer.

Sarita is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager in Finnfund’s Fund Investments Team, where she has both origination and portfolio management responsibilities.
