Seira Flores is the Founder and CEO of Alkamīe, a leadership and performance coaching company transforming how Africa’s venture ecosystem develops its founders. She partners with venture funds and accelerators to strengthen human capital within portfolios through what she calls Founder Optimization: a data-driven approach to elevating founder performance and resilience.

An angel investor and exited founder, Seira holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and is an ICF-certified coach. She blends behavioral insight with business strategy to help founders expand their capacity, enhance decision-making, and achieve measurable growth across their companies.
