Tandadzo (Tando) Matanda is the Co-Founder & CEO of Musa Ventures, an intelligent funding navigation platform backed by Techstars x J.P. Morgan and recognised by the World Bank Group as one of only 10 global AI Innovators advancing Digital Public Infrastructure for inclusive SME finance.

Musa acts as the infrastructure layer for SME capital access. Strengthening SME fundability and improves capital deployment across banks, funds, and alternative lenders through Funding Readiness, Funding Stacking™, and Collaborative Capital Deployment™ tools.

Previously, Tando led Australia’s first mobility-focused CVC fund at carsales (ASX:CAR), becoming the first Afro-Australian woman to run a multi-million-dollar venture program. She began her career at Boston Consulting Group and holds a Master from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School). .

She is recognised as Women Leading Tech - Innovator Award (presented by Atlassian and B&T) and Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year (Women Changing the World Awards), with a decade of experience funding and scaling ventures across Africa, Australia, and the U.S.
