Tosin Faniro-Dada is an ecosystem builder and investor dedicated to empowering pioneering tech founders across Africa. With a career focused on helping founders scale and drive societal and behavioral change, Tosin took on the inaugural role of Executive of Lagos Innovates. This incubator, powered by LSETF, supported over 200 tech startups in Lagos State, providing access to essential resources like infrastructure, financing, talent, education, and networks.

Her exceptional leadership propelled her to become the Director of Programmes & Coordination at LSETF. In this role, she spearheaded initiatives to provide financial access to MSMEs, facilitated youth training and job placements, and secured private sector financing to support over 2,000 entrepreneurs impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tosin's journey continued as the Managing Director & CEO of Endeavor Nigeria, where she contributed to the growth of Nigeria's leading tech scaleups.

Currently, as a Partner at Breega, one of the fastest-growing early-stage VC funds in Europe and Africa, Tosin deploys capital and scaling opportunities to help tech founders tackle significant economic and social challenges.
