STOA is a French investment company founded in 2017 by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and the French Development Agency, following the 2015 Paris Agreements. STOA invests in infrastructure and energy projects in emerging and developing countries, with a focus on sustainable development and climate resilience. Since its creation, STOA has committed 633 million euros in 21 transactions in Africa and Latin America, primarily in the renewable energy and urban transport sectors.
