Mr. Alexander Shaik is a Partner at ADM Capital.

He has over 25 years’ experience working in private credit. Mr. Shaik has structured over 200 innovative private credit transactions valued at over $5bn in all key markets across APAC including Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Before joining ADM Capital in 2005, Alexander Shaik was employed with US law firm, Sidley Austin, and prior to that, with Allen & Overy.

Mr Shaik’s role involves supervising structuring, execution, enforcement, and regulatory compliance issues. He is also a member of ADM Capital’s Investment Committee and Executive Committee.
