Amy joined IFM in 2018, first as Head of Investment Operations and Client Service where she built a high-performing and experienced global Operations Team spanning investment operations, client service and reporting, data and Implementation. In October 2024, Amy transitioned to the Global Chief Operating Officer role taking accountability for the global operating model and functions covering Investment Operations and Implementation, Technology and Data, Business Transformation and Valuation and Counterparty Oversight. In her time at IFM, Amy has been instrumental in developing IFM’s data and implementation capabilities and leading the design of IFMs operating platform to support the firm’s growth ambitions.  Prior to joining IFM Investors, Amy was Head of Sales for Australia and New Zealand for Citi’s Securities Services business with responsibility for the development of the sales strategy, client solutions and execution for superannuation funds, fund managers, sovereign funds and the insurance industry.  With over 20 years’ experience spanning global funds management, institutional banking, and superannuation, Amy brings deep expertise across operations, product development, and sales.

Amy has Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce - Honours (University of Melbourne).
