Arijit Sengupta is a Venture Partner at B Capital, where he supports portfolio companies across Asia with strategic guidance on scaling, transformation and innovation. Additionally, Arijit supports B Capital’s strategic partnership with BCG and new market expansion efforts in Asia and the Middle East.

Arijit was previously Founder at Kradle Ventures, where he incubated new businesses in B2B tech and advised PE and VC backed companies on growth and transformation. Prior to Kradle, he was Founder and CEO of Antuit, a Goldman Sachs-owned company focused on enterprise AI solutions, which he incubated out of Kradle. Previously, Arijit was part of the leadership team that took WNS, a Warburg Pincus-backed enterprise transformation company, public (NYSE: WNS) and grew it 3X from IPO.

Arijit started his career in Accenture’s strategy and reengineering practice. His entrepreneurial journey began with Daksh, a General Atlantic and Amazon-backed business services company, and he joined IBM’s global business transformation group when Daksh was acquired by IBM.

Arijit earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a BA in Economics from St Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. He is based in Singapore.
