Edmund Tan, CFA, is Senior Vice President and Head of External Funds and Alternative Investments at Lighthouse Canton, based in Singapore. He leads manager research, selection and portfolio construction across hedge funds, private markets and alternatives for UHNW and family office clients across Asia and the GCC, reporting directly to the CIO. He oversees a platform of 30 to 40 approved managers spanning Equity Long/Short, Global Macro, Multi-Strategy, Event-Driven and Private Markets.

Edmund has 11 years of experience in markets, six of them exclusively in manager research and fund of funds portfolio management. He applies an institutional-grade due diligence framework built across deep GP relationships and multiple investment seats, including senior roles at two single family offices.
