Igor is a Principal at Mercer Sentinel Group, part of Mercer's investment consulting division, based in Singapore. He provides advisory services to clients such as central banks, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, government agencies, investment managers, and more, on governance, organizational structure, best practices for operational risk management, custody, and asset transitions. He leads operational due diligence evaluations for investment managers in Asia.

Prior to joining Mercer, Igor worked as a Senior Manager at PwC's Financial Services practice, where he served clients in the asset management industry in various locations including Singapore, Hong Kong, Cayman, and Luxembourg. With 13 years of experience, he spent three years at PwC Luxembourg conducting audits for fund management companies, traditional funds, hedge funds, and private equities, as well as providing operational and regulatory reviews of licensed fund management firms. At PwC Singapore, Igor held the role of Deputy Client Segment Leader for Hedge Funds.

Igor holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science Hof (Germany) and is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
