Jason is currently cfounding Partner and Head of Singapore for Potentialist Capital, providing advice and senior leadership to the Potentialist team to improvise business expansion strategy, presentation decks and fundraising for Potentialist's differentiated APAC for equity strategy.

Prior to joining Potentialist, Jason spent 22 years in GIC as Senior Vice President, portfolio manager and analyst, accumulating experience across both public and private equities. In 2019, Jason co-founded the Japan Value Team at GIC and led investments in private investment in public equity (PIPE), funds, direct and co-investments, generating significant alpha for GIC.

Besides delivering a strong track record over his career, Jason is also well versed in equity research, financial modelling, fund and risk management, corporate governance and understanding regulatory frameworks.

Jason is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English and provided advice as an advisory board member on two advisory boards of Japanese private equity and venture capital funds. He currently serves as a Venture Partner for a Singapore based startup.
