Nathan is a Principal and Coller’s Execution Counsel in the Investment team in Asia. Nathan is responsible for the structuring, negotiating and execution of investments regionally in Asia and globally.

Prior to joining Coller Capital, Nathan developed his career in private equity at Latham & Watkins, where he advised top-tier private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a wide range of complex transactions, including domestic and cross-border buyouts, growth equity investments, joint ventures, public takeovers, and other private equity transactions across various industry sectors in Asia.

Nathan holds Bachelor of Laws (First Hons) from the City University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) from the University of Oxford.
