Niko joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer in 2022.

He has held financial and accounting leadership positions with Rolls-Royce and Kongsberg Group (after acquisition of Rolls Royce business units) in Europe and Singapore.

Niko has a M.Sc in Economics and Business Administration as well as B.Sc. Accounting & Finance from Lappeenranta Univ. of Technology (Finland). ACMA, CGMA, CPA (Australia).
