PR Srinivasan (PRS), has been an active investor for over 3 decades investing over USD 800 mm and returning more than USD 1 billion. PRS is a Founder & Managing Partner of Xponentia Capital, Mumbai with assets under management of USD 400mm.

PRS started his investing career in TDICI at Bengaluru (currently ICICI Ventures). He moved to Delhi to be a co-founder of HSBC Private Equity India that raised one of India’s first few USD denominated funds. Later, he was MD & Regional Business Head at Citigroup Private Equity, Mumbai & was part of a team that raised two multi-billion-dollar emerging market funds.

PRS is an engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai and a post-graduate in management from IIM Bangalore.
