Ray is Partner and COO at Delta Capital, a Southeast Asian private equity fund manager with USD 120M AUM and a responsible investor backing leading companies in emerging markets. He has over 20 years of experience spanning business development, corporate finance, corporate law, ESG, and M&A across Southeast Asia and internationally and holds board positions across Delta's portfolio companies.

At Delta Capital, Ray oversees all fund operations including investor relations, ESG governance and implementation, compliance, and portfolio management. He manages relationships with a diverse LP base that includes private institutional investors and family offices in Europe and Asia to UK and European government-owned development finance institutions.

Ray graduated with honours from UCLA (BA Business Economics), University of Sydney Law School (JD), and University of Oxford (MSc Law and Finance). He holds CA and CFA qualifications and is admitted to practice law in NSW, Australia
