Mr. Richard Astorga is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Seviora Holdings. Owned by Temasek, the Seviora Holdings group is based in Singapore and includes the asset management companies of Azalea Investment Management, Fullerton Fund Management, InnoVen Capital, SeaTown Holdings International and Seviora Capital.

Richard was formerly the Chief Operating Officer & CFO of Amansa Capital, an India focused investment management firm. Prior to this role, Richard consulted for Temasek as a Corporate Advisor and served as the CEO and Portfolio Manager for Copper Basin Capital, a pan-Asia Index fund manager. For 9 years, Richard served as the Chief Operating Officer & CFO of Sansar Capital, an Asia focused investment fund manager and prior to that role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Principled Capital, a U.S. based hedge fund manager.
