Samantha See joined KKR in 2021 and is a Principal and Counsel of the Asia Legal and Compliance team. She supports the Asia Credit business, oversees the KKR licensed entities in Singapore, manages corporate governance matters, and advises on fund-level and transactional conflicts issues across Asia.

Prior to joining KKR, Ms. See was in-house counsel at a Singapore-based private investment firm focused on investing in healthcare and real estate. She began her legal career in the Corporate M&A department at Drew & Napier LLC, and later practised at K&L Gates.

Ms. See holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Singapore Management University and is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
