Profile
Srividya is the Chair of the Business Valuation Board and a member of the Standards Review Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). She is a former member of the Institute of Valuers & Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS) Council as well as a former member of the global Regulatory Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Srividya has deep expertise advising global and regional alternative investment funds, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity, private credit and venture capital investors. She has advised corporate clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products and energy.
Srividya is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group, where she leads the firm’s Middle East practice. With nearly three decades of experience in valuations, transactions and management consulting across South Asia, Southeast Asia and Middle East, she advises clients on a wide range of valuation matters, including financial reporting, transactions, restructuring, taxation, dispute resolution and financing.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Srividya was a Managing Director at Kroll (formerly known as Duff & Phelps), setting up and leading its Southeast Asia valuations practice, based in Singapore.
She has published numerous articles on valuation, private equity, venture capital and M&A, and is a sought-after speaker for conferences and media engagements.
Srividya is a registered Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (CVA), Singapore with IVAS, a Member of the RICS in the Business & Intangible Valuation pathway and a Certified Entity & Intangible Valuer, US. She also is a postgraduate in Management, a qualified Cost & Management Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce.
