Having joined in 2020, Terence oversees the Finance, Legal, HR, Data Analytics and Admin functions for Granite Asia. He has more than 19 years of asset management experience in operational, financial, strategy and corporate development roles having worked in locations spanning across America, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

He was previously with DWS Investments where he was Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific as well Head of Strategy and Business development. Prior in BlackRock, Terence was head of Strategy APAC based out of Hong Kong and Head of Strategy Japan where he led significant M&A transactions and oversaw key projects. He started his career in Capital Group and later Barclays Global investors where he held roles in Portfolio Control, Finance and Corporate Strategy.

Terence holds an MBA from the Ross Business School in the University of Michigan and also a Bachelor of Business (Honors) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
