Justin Patrick is a Director at Rigel Capital. He has over 20 years of international transaction experience, including venture and growth stage financing, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, private funds, and government-backed investments. Justin started his career on Wall Street at the law firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. He also worked on the investment banking desk of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Rigel Capital, Justin was a venture partner at a global venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley with over US$1 billion in assets and a special advisor to various private and public investors in Southeast Asia. Justin speaks Indonesian and has over a decade of experience in Southeast Asian transactions. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds an MBA from the London Business School and J.D. from New York University School of Law.
