Thomas Teo is the Chief Financial Officer of Jameel Motors, leading the company’s international mobility sector across multiple global markets. With more than 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles, he has built a reputation for steering organizations through complex market conditions, driving operational efficiency, and enabling sustainable growth.

Thomas’s career spans leadership positions in Singapore, China, the Philippines, Malaysia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Central West Africa. Before joining Jameel Motors, he was CFO at Del Monte Philippines Inc., where he held full P&L responsibility, delivered cost optimization programmes, and transformed finance team culture to better partner with the business.

He previously served as Regional CFO for Australasia at Lipton Tea & Infusion and spent 17 years with Nestlé, culminating in his role as CFO for Nestlé – Shanghai Totole Food Ltd.

Holding a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of London and as a CPA Australia member, Thomas combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational insight. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, he is adept at navigating cultural and economic diversity to deliver results in fast-changing environments.
