Halvor has spent most of his 30-year career in emerging industries, translating bleeding edge technologies, changing market conditions and new business models into successful business ventures.

After spending the first years of his career in the then-emerging Nordic electricity trading market, he founded his first startup developing small scale hydro power plants throughout Norway in 2003. Following a successful exit in 2010, he spent a few years in investment banking before taking on his second startup project focused on mixed reality graphics technology for the live television production industry. In 2020, he joined the founding team at Hyke, where he now serves as the company´s CEO.

Hyke´s mission is to alleviate urban congestion, reduce emissions and improve connectivity through widespread deployment of its revolutionary fully electric, autonomy-ready water shuttles.

Halvor holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Price College of Business.
