Kevin has over 30 years of experience as a banker, investor, and project developer.
After spending the first part of his career as an investment banker (UBS, Salomon Brothers, and Nomura, Kevin co-founded one of the first cleantech asset managers in London in 2007. As a pioneering “clean-tech” investor, he made investments in fuel cells, solar generation technologies, wind and marine turbines, electric vehicles, and new battery technologies. He is also the founder of Nur Energie (and spin-off TuNur) which develop solar, hydrogen, and transition projects in Southern Europe and North Africa.
His investment focus at RIVE is energy transition infrastructure (including charging infrastructure, storage, and renewable energy generation), and transportation assets (including aviation, rail & maritime).
Kevin interest’s include electrification of transportation, energy storage, international electricity trading, and the production of synthetic fuels. He has a bachelor’s degree in physics from Vassar College (New York), and an MBA from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris).
