Mrinalini Lhila is the Founder and Managing Principal of 360 Capital Advisors, which specializes in providing comprehensive advisory and capital formation solutions to private equity sponsors. The firm works with emerging and diverse managers, including first time funds and independent sponsors, as well as established managers in securing institutional capital for funds, co-investments, direct deals and secondaries.
Previously Mrinalini was a Managing Director at placement firm Thomas Capital Group. Prior to that, Mrinalini served the private equity industry in various capacities, including Editorial Director for PE HUB’s conferences, Product Manager for StepStone’s Fund-of-Funds, and as a corporate finance professional for Neuberger Berman, Lehman Brothers and Citi Alternative Investments. She started her career as a Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank.
Mrinalini earned her M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, where she majored in Economics and International Relations and minored in Mathematics and French.
