Olga Romanova has over 25 years of financial services experience. Ms. Romanova spent the first nine years of her career working at Ernst & Young in audit practice, in Moscow, St. Louis, Boston and Bermuda. During her time with Ernst & Young, she worked with a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, telecom, software and biotech. While working for Ernst & Young Bermuda, Ms. Romanova planned, performed and completed audit engagements for hedge funds, a local stock exchange as well as public and private companies.

Since leaving Ernst & Young in 2005, Ms. Romanova has joined GAM as part of the Operational Due Diligence team where she analysed operational systems and controls within funds considered for investment and identified potential risks. Ms. Romanova has also worked for AXA Investment Managers, International Asset Management Limited and Aaro Capital, building the internal operational due diligence practices and leading teams on multiple projects covering a wide variety of traditional hedge funds and digital asset managers.

Most recently, Ms. Romanova has founded Vigillion Advisers Limited which provides consulting services to the allocators and fund managers, covering operational due diligence across various asset classes.
