Sharadiya is the founder of Blue Dot, a private markets-focused sustainable investing advisory. Since April 2020, Blue Dot has worked with clients with $2.5 trillion+ in collective AUM on the development and execution of investment capabilities and products.

Sharadiya leads Blue Dot’s strategy and industry engagement, and advises private markets platforms’ CEOs, CIOs, and executive team members on product development. go-to-market, and capital formation strategies.

Before founding Blue Dot, Sharadiya led the advisory efforts at Good Capital Project where she worked with institutional investors on developing sustainable investing best practices and resources. Good Capital Project coincided with the era of institutionalization of private markets sustainable investing in the United States, and Sharadiya worked with the key players of the ecosystem as it grew and matured.

Previously, Sharadiya spent 10+ years in corporate banking and asset management.
