LN is Founder and Managing Partner of Lensbridge Capital, a boutique private equity firm which focusses on Asian direct/secondaries investments in India and Southeast Asia across a range of sectors including consumer, real estate, etc. He also invests in technology and digital infrastructure companies across Asia Pacific in partnership with Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO).

LN has held several leadership roles in the private equity/venture capital investments sector over the last two decades and overseen capital raise and deployment in alternative assets of over US$ 2.0b across Europe and Asia Pacific. His leadership roles have included co-founder/Head of Asian office of Ardian Investments (formerly known as AXA Private Equity), Chief Investment Officer for Asian private equity/infrastructure at the Nomura Group and Head of Capital Solutions/Business Development at Terra Firma Capital Partners. He started his private equity career at the European LBO team of Apax Partners in London and prior to that worked for several years in management consulting with Arthur D Little in N. America and Asia Pacific.

LN holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is a citizen of Singapore and a recipient of the coveted National Talent Scholar award from the Government of India.
