Thomas is a Managing Director at Seraya Partners, a next-generation infrastructure fund focused on digital infrastructure and energy transition opportunities in Asia. Thomas is responsible for Strategic Partnerships at Seraya Partners.

Thomas was formerly a Managing Director of Thrive Alternatives and Head of Asia Pacific at Eaton Partners from 2019 to 2024. He was leading private capital advisory in secondary transactions and capital formation in Asia Pacific across the infrastructure, private equity, private credit, venture capital and the real estate sectors.

From 2005 to 2018, Thomas was with UBS Asset Management, as Portfolio Manager for Asia Pacific in the infrastructure direct investment business, where he invested in digital infrastructure and renewable/power generation projects totalling more than $4 billion.

Prior to this Thomas held various advisory and accounting roles UBS Investment Bank, Arthur Anderson, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Thomas has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. He is a CPA of CPA Australia.
