Don Tappan joined Braemar Energy Ventures as an Analyst in 2013 and has since led and supported Braemar’s investment activities in the mobility and power segments. He serves on the Boards of Utilidata and Aledia and is responsible for Braemar’s investments in Getaround, Renew Financial, General Fusion, Carbonfree Chemicals, and Chargepoint. Don holds a dual B.B.A. in Strategy and B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Outside of Braemar, Don is an automotive enthusiast managing a fleet of Getaround cars in New York City.
