George Osorio is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Exagon Impact Capital LLC, a private equity firm specializing in renewable energy investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before founding Exagon, George co-founded and served as Managing Partner and Head of Investments at Conduit Capital Partners LLC, where he successfully managed the firm’s Latin Power Funds franchise, the industry's earliest Latin American energy and infrastructure private equity funds. With over 30 years of experience, he has pioneered numerous energy and infrastructure investments across Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Panama, and Chile. George began his career at Lehman Brothers' Emerging Market Equities Group and Chase Manhattan Bank’s International Trade Finance Group. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School. George is Colombian American and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
