Jennifer Pomerantz has two decades of experience in the energy industry across executive, asset management and governance positions. She currently serves as chairperson of the Acquisition Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of NOG, a NYSE listed energy investment company. She served as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the Global Natural Resources strategy for JP Morgan-Highbridge and Citadel Asset Management. She was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of American Natural, a lifestyle brand of convenience stores and fuel logistics solutions. She earned an A.B. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago where she wrote her thesis on oil prices
