Jennifer Pomerantz has two decades of experience in the energy industry across executive, asset management and governance positions. She is managing partner at Ellipsis Holdings and serves on the Board of Northern Oil and Gas, a NYSE listed energy investment company where she chairsthe Acquisition and Governance Committees. She is a founding advisory board member of the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC). Previously, she served as Managing Director / Portfolio Manager of Global Natural Resources for JP Morgan-Highbridge and Citadel Asset Management. She served as CEO and Chairperson of American Natural, an energy logistics and convenience store company. She received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago where she wrote her thesis on oil.
