Manasi Desai joined the Lime Rock New Energy team in 2024 as a Director. Prior to joining Lime Rock, Manasi was a principal at Ara Partners, a private equity firm specializing in industrial decarbonization investments, and at KKR, focusing on the energy sector. Previously, she was at Intervale Capital and the energy investment banking group at Raymond James. Manasi is a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A.) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A.).
