Prior to founding MWM, Matthew Morgan was one of the founding members of Poseidon Water Systems (PWS), a Permian focused produced water mobile recycling company. Before PWS, Matthew was a crude, gas, power and renewables trader—first as a crude marketer in Midland. At Spark Energy, he scheduled and traded (gas) on TETCO and TGP, traded short-term power in ISONE and PJM, and traded renewable commodities and managed the environmental commodity portfolio. Matthew holds an BBA from Baylor University.
