Tony represents the US DFC — the US Government's investment arm-- across Europe and Eurasia. In this capacity, he works to mobilize private capital, strengthen economic partnerships, and advance U.S. strategic and commercial interests through investments across sectors that drive economic growth in host countries. His focus spans energy, critical minerals, infrastructure, transportation & logistics, technology, and other sectors central to economic security and regional competitiveness.

Prior to joining DFC in July 2024, Tony spent a decade in Eastern Europe as the Head of Investments of one of region's largest family offices. Earlier in his career, he held positions in Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Ajax Capital. He holds degrees from NYU Stern School of Business and Fordham Law School.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and maintaining the optimistic belief that he will eventually have time for hobbies that do not involve airports, investment committees, or geopolitical risk.
