Kay runs his Family Office 22459 Ventures with a significant focus on Digital Assets. Within the Digital Assets space, he has invested in many companies at seed stage and achieved multiple successful exits. Further investments include various LP positions in VC and Growth Funds as well as Trading Funds. Prior to focussing on his own investments Kay was an investment professional at an $8bn fundamental value fund in Germany and an event-driven hedge fund in London. He started his career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in London. He studied Economics at Ludwigs-Maximilians University (Munich, Germany), HKUST (Hong Kong) and Columbia University (NYC, U.S.A.).
