Allison is a Partner at The Brydon Group, a veteran-led private equity firm that partners with exceptional entrepreneurs to acquire, operate, and grow small businesses. As Head of Portfolio Operations and Value Creation, she is responsible for the cross-portfolio operating model (Brydon Operating System) and focuses on supporting platforms and CEOs on priorities such as growth strategy, go-to-market excellence, pricing & packaging, sales & channel optimization, org design, talent strategy, AI enablement, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Brydon, Allison spent two decades at McKinsey & Company in several senior roles including Global Leader of McKinsey’s Client Activation (Go-to-Market) function, and before that, the global Client Service Capabilities function. Before taking on these global roles, she led Regional Operations and Client Service Strategy for McKinsey's North America region.
Earlier in her career, she led strategic and operational transformations as a consultant for organizations across Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Advanced Electronics, Private Equity, and Professional Services industries.
As a proud spouse of a retired Navy pilot, Allison is deeply committed to supporting veterans’ transitions to civilian life through programs such as Secretary of the Navy Tours with Industry and SkillBridge.
