Amanda Greenberg is Chief Transformation Officer at insightsoftware, a portfolio company of Hg and TA. She also serves as a Board Advisor to Strive, a Propel Equity portfolio company. Amanda was previously an Operating Executive for Bloom Equity Partners, Vista Equity Partners and Centre Lane Partners, where she led value creation across technology, software, business services, media, consumer goods, healthcare and industrials.

Before her work in private equity, Amanda spent 15 years as an operator leading business units at three PE-backed companies with full P&L responsibility and leadership roles across sales, marketing, business strategy and supply chain. Recognized for driving growth, operational efficiency and building high-performing teams, she has a consistent record of delivering results in fast-paced, competitive environments.

She holds a BA from The George Washington University, an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Finance from The Wharton School. Amanda splits her time between Alexandria, Virginia and Miami Beach, Florida.
