Entrepreneurial M&A professional with over 15 years extensive experience management consulting, M&A, and capital raising in the middle market. His track record includes managing U.S M&A for $5B AUM foreign based family office. He led the execution of a $30MM biotech acquisition and $4.5MM technology add-on. In total he led origination of nine acquisitions for the family office fund. Bass has also stood up private equity industry practice for two top 30 accounting/professional services firms and is now creating and leading Acumatica private equity industry division. He’s worked as the national private equity business development leader for three professional services firms. He currently serves as an advisor to Crescent Capital Advisors, an M&A advisory firm and Veekrypt Corporation, a cybersecurity firm. Bass currently lives in Frisco, TX.
