Brian Cassell is a seasoned CFO with 30+ years of experience driving financial transformation, operational turnarounds and technology-enabled growth across PE-backed and public companies in manufacturing, services, and consumer products.

Most recently as CFO of Storm Smart, a PE-backed hurricane protection and home products company, based on Southwest Florida, Brian led a full end-to-end Acumatica implementation — replacing legacy systems, creating financial visibility across multiple lines of business, and building a scalable foundation to support acquisition integration, geographic, channel and product expansion growth.

His broader career includes senior finance leadership at Schneider Electric, IDEX, and AptarGroup, where he oversaw multi-site operations, created shared service environments, and multiple acquisitions and integrations. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Accounting from Asbury University.
