Giacomo drives operational improvements and value creation throughout the portfolio companies.

Giacomo joined Charlesbank as an Operating Partner in 2023. He works alongside the CEOs and C-level teams of portfolio companies to develop and execute value creation plans. Before joining Charlesbank, Giacomo worked as a Vice President at Jabil, where he was responsible for supply chain and procurement solutions and services.

Prior to that, Giacomo spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company, focusing on large scale business and operations transformations, restructuring and turnarounds, and advanced analytics in the industrials, aerospace & defense, high-tech and media sectors. While at McKinsey, he was Chief Operating Officer, North America, of QuantumBlack, McKinsey’s AI center of excellence.
