John is the Founder and Managing Partner of Potomac Equity Partners. John has over thirty years of investment transaction experience, and has completed in excess of $100 billion of transactions in a wide range of industries. John serves on the Board of Directors of all investments of Potomac Equity, including its award-winning prior investment which resulted in returns of almost 8x multiple of invested capital and 75% IRR, and led to Potomac Equity being named one of the Top 50 PE Firms in the Middle Market.

Prior to founding Potomac Equity, John was a Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Arlington Capital Partners. John also previously was a Vice President in the M&A Group at Lehman Brothers.

John has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Princeton University. John also previously was All-American Consideration for U.S. Swimming.
